Perfect kettle

I love everything about this kettle. The sound, the weight balance, tight fitting lid. Beautiful.

Kettle melted

Very disappointed in this purchase as the bottom melted onto our stove causing damage and creating an awful plastic burning smell.

My kettle has a defect, there is a hole near the lid that is allowing steam to shoot out/ escape from the kettle. Currently writing the store team an email for further assistance.

Love the look and durability

Love the design. The handle doesn’t get hot, the shape and spout make it easy to pour, and I love the whistle sound… when it works. I gave it a 3 out of 5 because the whistle don’t always work. I thought that it was because the ball got dislodged but I’ve made a point of checking before I turn on the stove. The whistle works about 80% of the time, but for the cost, it should work 100% of the time.
