I was super thrilled to get my 12 year old Encore rolling smoothly again with the new board. It was a very easy install, and has been providing me with a fine, fine grind for my morning caffeine fix.

I have not received my purchase. I paid more for shipping than the product and it is delayed

When I first got my Baratza encore esp i was so excited i plugged it immediately without realizing that the ac current in my country was twice what was indicated on the grinder, wich instantly blew up the circuit. Thank god I found the replacement in Someware, wich arrived quickly and in good condition and I was I able to repair it without much trouble, now im enjoying my Baratza grinder as if none of that had happened.

Plug and play, worked perfectly and installation was a breeze.

Always worth fixing a Baratza! They make them easy to repair!
