Great information and an easy read

Been roasting by temp, looks, noise, and smell for over a year. Started roasting on a roaster that tracks the roast and this book has really helped me understand what to look for and what I can do to improve my roasts. Good buy :)

This book give knowledge and motivation about coffee roasting.

Some insightful information delivered in straight forward manner with an interesting look into the 1% of the known coffee roasting universe. Not a definitive "how to" guide but some useful recomendations on procedure, between batch protocals and the like. Would suggest it to anyone looking to improve their roasting.
