Creating the quintessential chai latte is a breeze. Mix one part Say When Authentic Organic Chai Concentrate with three parts milk or a non-dairy alternative (adjust to preferred taste). Heat until it reaches 60°C (140°F) and garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg. This ratio is equally delightful when served cold over ice.

Refrigerate after opening. Use within four weeks.

Amazing

First time making chai lattes and wow this concentrate is amazing. Would be better if they sold this in a container in a smaller size as it's a lot to go thru.

My go to for chai tea latte

This is my go to when making a chai tea latte. Two shots of espresso added to this chai extract and black bean soy milk for perfect cup of latte!

Iced, hot, doesn't matter. It's delicious.

Really good balance of spicy and sweet out of the box. Slightly more sweet leaning but still don't need to alter it. It does settle quite a bit in an iced drink but that's a testament to real ingredients!
