Rapid pre-heating system
No more waiting around for your espresso machine to get up to temp.
The Lita features a powerful pre-heating system, along with a 58mm saturated stainless-steel group head that's integrated directly into the brew boiler. Not only does this keep your shot consistent by preventing a drop in water temperature; it allows for incredibly fast heat-up times.
Whereas other dual-boiler espresso machines require at least 20-30 minutes to reach brewing temperature, the Wendougee Lita is ready to pull a delicious shot in around 10 minutes.

Advanced pressure and flow-rate profiling
Adjust the pressure of your shot from 0-9 bars with pinpoint accuracy (to the ±0.1 bar) and control the flow rate. For curious and adventure-driven home baristas, the Wendougee Lita allows you to experiment, riff, and create the perfect pressure and flow-rate profile on your own.
If you're looking to enjoy a straightforward, consistent shot of espresso, simply select a brew profile. The Lita takes care of extraction, so all that's left to do is to relax and enjoy.

Intelligent Disc Control
The Wendougee Lita features a touch-sensitive Intelligent Disc interface, which gives you easy access to real-time pressure and flow adjustments. To control an espresso shot mid-brew, simply enter "flow-priority mode" and slide or tap the dial to make precise changes to your pressure curve, improvising on the go.

Dual-Core System
Running the show is the Lita's Dual-Core System, two noiseless electromagnetic pumps that rapidly build pressure from 0-9 bars in 3.5 seconds. Plus, they can hold a target pressure even as puck resistance changes, ensuring consistent extraction and that every adjustment you make is instant, accurate, and impactful.

Dedicated hot water output
Perfect for americanos, warming up cups, and tea, the Lita's separate hot water tap is connected to the brew boiler. Enjoy quick, easy access to hot water at your preferred temperature.

E-bar connectivity
The Lita is compatible with the E-bar system, an app that allows you to design, save, and share your custom brew profiles with the Wendougee community. Tablet is not included.

Compact, removable 1.2L water tank
The 1.2L water tank includes a floating ball level indicator, so you'll never be caught with an empty tank halfway through brewing a shot. When you need to refill, it can easily be removed and inserted from the bottom of the machine.
