Proper By Design's modern and minimalist Pourover Companion gives you a place for your Chemex (or other pourover coffee maker of choice) to call home and keeps the filters handy and out of sight.

The base is made of pressure-molded, 100% sustainable, cork (no plastics or silicones are used), designed to withstand the weight of a Chemex full of coffee. The cork is lightly sealed to provide additional protection against water damage and gives it a lovely finish similar to rich leather . A Chemex of any size (the largest 10-cup pictured) sits comfortably on top of the indented Companion. The indent is thoughtfully placed, designed to ensure your pourover coffee maker doesn't slide out of place, protecting it from bumping into anything that may be next to it. The Companion does all this while minimizing both it's countertop space (less than 0.4 sq. ft!) and it's vertical real estate (less than 2.25" tall).

The solid, powder-coated steel drawer is tolerant for everyday use, is easy to clean, and most importantly, keeps your coffee filter(s) of choice to hand in a tidy manner. The drawer fits Chemex folded square filters, Chemex folder circle filters, Hario V60 03 02 and 01 filters, and Melitta #2 and #4 filters.
