  After his first decade of work in the Coffee industry, Patrik Rolf has written a book where he shares the journey. We begin in the startup world of Silicon Valley before his coffee career. We get to follow how he ends up falling in love with coffee, becoming a professional, and starting his own business.

  He entered his first coffee competition before he started working in coffee. He moved country several times to pursue his coffee dream, eventually ending up in Copenhagen, where he began his coffee roastery and store, April. He got the Silver Medal in the World Brewers Cup in Boston, 2019. Navigated a new business through a global pandemic. And today, he continues his mission: exploring how we can make coffee taste better.

  This book is an unfiltered story meant to give you insight into taking your hobby and turning it into a professional career.
