    PLEASE READ FOR YOUR SAFETY
The bottom o-ring of CX-25 series (CX-25S, CX-25, CX-25P) is very important. The device may explode if the screw is not fixed correctly.
DO NOT REPLACE THE BOTTOM O-RING BY YOURSELF if you don't have proper tools to replace it.
Please pay close attention when replacing the BOTTOM O-RING. Prepare an electronic or air compressing tool to release and lock the nut of the bottom of CX-25 series. Holding the main body tightly, the torque of locking the nut of the bottom of CX-25 series should be 6~8 kgs. Too much torque may damage the screw. The hole at the bottom of CX-25 series is not circle shaped. The shape is for fitting the shaft screw. Please make sure the lines of these two parts are aligned correctly before locking the nut of the bottom of CX-25 series.

Great combo with Flair

This thing is great! Built like a tank and gives you double boiler type milk steam for a lever machine.

Much better than a wand foamer.

Awesome steamer

We had an old steamer of over 45 years. This steamer is awesome because it is easy to clean inside. Holds a good amount of water so I can steam throughout the day without refilling. steams to a frothy tone beautifully.

Works well

I really like it. Makes great steamed milk. The wand can be a bit fussy to clean: you have to really scrub it a bit, but I'd rather have that than some carcinogenic coating. Safety-wise, I wonder if in the future they could add a small whistle when it's boiling. I do worry that if I ever forget to remove it from stove, and the safety valve fails, I basically have a bomb ticking on my stove. Despite the concern, I will happily use with caution!

Better than expected

I’d seen this product crop up on a few big name YouTubers’ channels with mixed to positive reviews, and after some research I decided to pull the trigger. I couldn’t be happier with the product, and my partner and I use it every morning to make coffee and tea lattes.

I will say, pre-boiling your water is almost a necessity. This isn’t an issue for us because we need to put the kettle on for our tea and coffee, so it saves us a lot of time. However water straight out of the tap can take your waiting time from less than 5 minutes to 10-15 minutes.

We’ve had it for a couple weeks and at this point any issues with steaming milk are down to my own personal skill (or lack of). I’m getting better though.

Work well but...

Works well, I take off two stars only because does not work with induction (I had to buy a separate heating element). The description shouldn't say it works with the majority of induction cooktop. Also takes time to heat up and be ready to steam.
