Do not overheat in a microwave or heat without water. Do not use abrasive cleansers or steel wool. Product size and shape varies in each item due to manufacturing process. Appearance of colour glaze unevenness varies in each item. Some products may take on scorched-like texture on the surface. It is a unique glaze effect called "yo-hen", unintended colour transformation show on the ceramic and porcelain after firing.

I just received the moss green cups and saucers. They are even more beautiful than I thought. The subtle colour and the glow of glaze are just perfect. The shapes of the cup and the saucer are highly esthetic, making them as nice a pair as using independently. I would love to have the teapot of the same series now.
