We ship your order from our 20,000 sqf warehouse that we share with our sister company Eight Ounce in Calgary, Canada. Our warehouse team works closely with our front office, and we are all dedicated to accuracy, efficiency, and quality packaging. We don't use 3PL companies to send your order, as we want to give you the best possible experience when shipping your wares.

As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email (unless an untracked shipping method was selected at checkout). Once your order has been shipped, please feel free to contact the shipping carrier directly for any delivery-related updates.

We aim to ship same or next business day, depending on the time of day you place your order, but may have a delay during peak holiday seasons.

Shipping Costs

Orders over $75 (before taxes) within Canada qualify for free standard shipping. For all orders within Canada under $75, we charge a flat rate of $10.

We ship carbon neutral with UPS, and Canada Post when needed.

Please note: Areas that are hard to access by shipping carriers may not qualify for free shipping.

Express Shipping

Whenever possible, we prioritize orders with express shipping. That being said, we print our last batch of orders at 12 PM MST, so if you're placing an order with express shipping between 12-3:30 PM, please give us a call at 403-457-9844, and we'll do our best to make sure it ships out the same day.

Express orders are delivered on business days so any package sent out on a Friday will be delivered on Monday with the exception of statutory holidays where it might be delayed by an extra day.

Packaging

We could buy a new box for every order and pass the cost on to you...but we prefer to reuse packaging that has been sent to us, not only to keep your price down, but because it's just better for the environment. If your package comes with bubble-wrap, it's second hand. If you have packing peanuts in your box, they're made of vegetable starch, not styrofoam! Run them under water and watch them disappear (trust us, it's a fun party trick). When we do need to use brand new packaging, we try to find the most eco-friendly products available.

Pre-Orders

We don't want you to have to wait for all the beautiful wares that you've ordered just because one of the items is a pre-order, so please purchase pre-orders separately or your entire order will be held for shipping until the pre-order product arrives at our warehouse.

SHIPPING METHODS

Within Calgary

Local Delivery

We offer local deliveries Monday to Friday within the city limits of Calgary, free for orders over $75 and $10 for orders under $75.

Orders received before 10 AM MST will be delivered same day; orders received after 10 AM MST will be delivered the next day.

Showroom Pick-up

Collect your order from the Eight Ounce showroom and browse other in-stock wares IRL! Select pick-up at checkout, and your order will be ready by the following day. We will hold your order for 10 days. Any items not picked up by then will be returned and refunded (with some restrictions*).

*Perishable items such as coffee and tea are non-refundable. To learn more about our refund policy click here.

Within Canada

UPS Standard

Alberta: 1-2 business days

B.C. & Saskatchewan: 1-3 business days

Manitoba: 2-4 business days

Ontario & Eastern Canada: 5 business days

This is our most affordable option within Canada and is usually the method used when "Standard Shipping (Order less than $75)" or "Free Shipping Orders Over $75" is selected. You will receive tracking with your guaranteed delivery date included in your shipping confirmation.

UPS Next Day Air Saver

1 business day

If you need to guarantee that your package will be delivered in less time than the standard option allows, this method is your best option! It has a guaranteed delivery time of one business day, and is usually the most affordable express shipping option with a couple of exceptions (see Canada Post XpressPost below).

Canada Post Xpresspost

1-4 business days

There are a few locations where UPS isn't able to deliver to such as the Territories or P.O. Boxes, or where it becomes very expensive like rural Québec. If your shipping address is in one of these locations and you need an express option, this is the one you’ll want to select.
