  • After pulling your shot we recommend removing the puck straight away. Hold the portafilter firmly and knock it against the rubber bar. The puck should fall out into the knock box. Wipe the basket clean and put it back into the machine or prepare another coffee.

    To wash the knock box just wash with mild detergent and rinse well. The plastic tube is dishwasher safe but will last longer if washed by hand.

    Please note, the knock box should fit snug within the sinkhole to ensure proper function and durability.

Works as expected. Our last one broke after two years. I guess it's an acceptable lifespan for a plastic knockbox.
