  We love plants here at Eight Ounce, but we're maybe a little biased toward the humble coffee tree. Earth's Own on the other hand, love plants so much that they wrote a plant-focused manifesto, or plantifesto as they say. In fact, Earth's Own are so into plants that they even use plant-based packaging wherever they can. Developed in partnership with well-known Vancouver baristas, we love the way Barista Edition Oat M*lk tastes, steams and pours!

  Obviously Canadian oats are the best oats, so it's easy to appreciate that Barista Edition is made from 100% Canadian oats. While you don't have to be vegan, celiac, or subscribe to any "-ism" at all to enjoy the creamy, sweet-but-not-too-sweet, perfectly micro-foamable wonder that is Barista Edition, you're covered just in case. This oat m*lk won't misbehave when things get hot, staying stable so your coffee can shine. Oh so oatlicious and creamy, whether you’re making latte art masterpieces or just after a great cup of coffee.

  Better for the environment (and people with nut-allergies) than Almond M*lk, tastes and steams so much better than Soy M*lk, oats use way less water to produce, and give a delicious full bodied flavour to any latte or cappuccino.

  Earth's Own just so happens to get their oats from a supplier that intentionally only buys 100% glyphosate-free oats from farmers that don’t use Round-Up (glyphosate), and that's just plain rad. On top of all of that awesomeness, Earth's Own uses sunflower oil instead of canola as it's rich in Vitamin E, lower in saturated fat, and the sunflower oil they use doesn't use chemicals to pull the oil out of the plant.
