• BUILT TO LAST. ENGINEERED TO EXTRACT

The HARIO Stainless Steel V60-02 SWITCH Immersion Dripper brings a new level of durability, stability, and refinement to immersion brewing. Built from double-walled, brushed stainless steel and engineered around HARIO's signature SWITCH valve system, this dripper delivers clean, repeatable extraction with a premium, café‑grade feel.

Designed for brewers who want the forgiving consistency of immersion brewing without sacrificing clarity, the stainless SWITCH offers a heavier, more grounded presence on the bar — and a workflow that's as simple as steep, release, and enjoy.

Simply place a V60-02 size paper filter and ground coffee into the dripper and gently fill with fresh hot water. Then, when your desired steep time has been reached, just press the switch on the base, which releases the freshly brewed coffee into your cup. Perfect extraction, simplified.

  • Stainless‑steel body resists heat deformation, improves stability, and elevates the SWITCH into a long‑lasting, professional tool. The double-walled construction provides excellent heat retention and maintains the brew temperature even in cooler conditions.
  • Precision immersion valve seals tightly for controlled steeping, then releases with a single press for clean, predictable extraction.
  • Hybrid brewing flexibility allows you to start with immersion for sweetness and body and finish with percolation for clarity. Ideal for experimenting with steep times, grind sizes, and recipes.
  • Uses standard HARIO V60-02 filters making it instantly familiar and easy to integrate into any setup.
