Every KINTO FUTO Drawstring Bag begins its journey in Nagano City, at a historic sock factory nestled between mountains and apple orchards. From development to manufacturing, the entire process is carried out in-house. Skilled artisans, attentive to the qualities of the material, draw on generations of tradition and expertise to craft each piece with care.
Here, the FUTO bags are made on a flat knitting machine using the "Whole Garment" technique, which wastes no materials, creates no seams, and yields a highly resistant fabric. To finish, the bags are placed on a modified cylindrical embroidery hoop to be branded with the KINTO FUTO logo: a symbol of the skill, ingenuity, and craftsmanship dedicated to every item.
