Lovely little tumblers that are perfect for espresso based drinks or to use as teacups when sharing a pot. I had no issues with the "roughness" or unfinished edge of the cups, they feel more than smooth enough for me. I don't think most people grind their lips against the rim like they're trying to sand off their skin so it shouldn't be an issue. Note that an aeropress will absolutely fit over them, but it will overflow if you press a completely full chamber.

Despite the good coffee using an aero press always left me underwhelmed with my cups only being half full due to the 200ml recipes. So this cup made me fell better. One thing to be aware of though is if you try to plunge 200ml of coffee straight in it will overflow a lot due to the space the aeropress takes up.

Very aesthetically pleasing and comfortable to hold. Gets rather hot to the touch though, so I wouldn't recommend using it to hold liquids hotter than ~60-70°C. As another review said, the rim is unfinished, which means it's got a bit of a rough texture, but not like it's chafing my lips or anything; just something to note if you're expecting a completely smooth rim.

Customer service was exceptional. When I couldn’t figure out the discount code they offered a refund for the discount amount. Product arrived quickly and was consistent to other items I own.

The rim around the cup has a much grittier mouth feel than I was anticipating. However, it is not uncomfortable just unexpected. Everything else about the cup was perfect! Looking forward to using it for my smaller espresso based drinks.
