  The Timemore Spacer Electric Vacuum Canister is built for one purpose, keeping your coffee (and anything else you store) fresher, longer. Each canister is made from high‑borosilicate glass, a material that's both highly transparent and thermal‑shock resistant (-20℃ to 150℃), letting you store hot or cold ingredients with confidence. The canister's wide ⌀100mm (⌀3.94in) opening makes for easy filling, scooping, and cleaning, while the three available sizes means an option is available to fit your cupboard and countertop space.

  Paired with Timemore's Vacuum Pump (sold separately), Spacer canisters create a stable low‑oxygen environment that slows oxidation and protects delicate aromas. Vacuum sealing is automatic. When placed over the lid's integrated valve, the USB-C chargable pump detects the seal and begins vacuuming, stopping automatically once the ideal pressure is reached. For coffee that continues to degas, the pump can be used for scheduled top‑offs every 1, 2, or 3 days, maintaining a drum‑tight seal without any guesswork. To equalize the pressure, simply give the valve a quick squeeze, releasing the seal and allowing the lid to be removed.

  A durable one-way valve system and a robust silicone gasket ensure long‑term airtight performance, while the lids are made from food‑safe ABS. The canisters come in three versatile sizes; 400ml (13.53oz), 800ml (27oz) and 1200ml (40.6oz), so you can build a storage setup that fits your space and your routine.
