Put your coffee grinds in in the Fellow Shimmy and with only a few shakes of this ergonomic coffee sieve, its 200 micron filter will separate all the good grinds from the microfines so you can brew better tasting coffee.

If your grinder is consitently inconsistent (when it comes to grind size, that is) then Fellow Shimmy will help even extraction and improve the flavour of your favourite brew.

Immediately Improved My Brews

I'm new to specialty coffee and pour over brewing. This has drastically and immediately improved my brew results. Cleaner, smoother, and greater balance making the coffee experience way more enjoyable.

Actually Works

I wasn't sure how much of a difference this would make but it has helped produce a significantly cleaner cup of coffee especially when grinding on finer settings with cheaper electric grinder.
