My order was quickly processed and delivered by UPS. (thank you for not using Canada Post - I'm sure I'd still be waiting). I make 3 shots daily so having the 2 extra Non Pressurized Filter Baskets saves my fingers from the hot grounds / basket as I quickly try to empty and reload. I also bought 1 Pressurized Filter Basket to experience a different kind of press. I'll have to do some more research on what I'm supposed to be experiencing or noticing with it. The Pressurized Basket streams quickly and easily. The funnel certainly makes for a tidier home brewing station. Eight Ounce is an excellent communicator throughout the product fulfilment process.
