As expected.

I'm a long time user of the Espro French press and periodically update the filter assembly. The filter arrived promptly and was well packaged.

Disappointed

I had the original filter for years without any issues. The replacement filter does not work well. Despite there being two filters, I still had to purchase a strainer to pour coffee through before drinking. I have reached I’ve to company twice with no responses (via email and through their social media). I was hoping they would remedy this situation before I gave this review. But I really don’t know how to get a hold of them now.
