  Hot Dish, Little Hottie, and Sweetie Pie are made out of ceramic (specifically, stoneware), allowing them to travel safely from freezer to oven and withstand heat up to 260ºC (500ºF). Stoneware conducts heat slowly, giving a gentle, even bake. And unlike a glass dish, you can use these products under the broiler.
