great product. liquid still hot after a day. looking forward to use it for soup!

The outer cup of the lid separates from the inner plastic liner. I returned it thinking it was a bad item, but the salesperson at Eight Ounce pulled the lid right off the replacement as well.
Eight Ounce was very apologetic and gave me a no-hassle refund.

First off, the ceramic coating is unparalleled. I get some of the best filtered water out of a machine at work, and this flask preserves the water without adding a smell. The taste of glass, strength of steel, vacuum sealed.

These put up with drop dents and dings well. What I have had less luck with is the seal and metal lid covering. Have now owned 4 of these as I left 2 in another province (oops). The seals like to leak, and make it impossible to drink straight from the bottle. The metal covering on the plastic lid is held on with a single dab of glue in the center of the flat top. It has come off on 2 of the first 3 I bought, so they are just ghetto looking bottles. With an ugly plastic lid. Whatever, just got tired of drinking warm plastic tasting water from random water bottles in my car on hot summer days. This solves that problem

The ceramic coating is really good but zojirushi works better on keeping water warm and non leak. Although there is dent on the bottle cap when I open box... I dont really care. Giving 4 stars because this flask looks really cool.

I can vouch that water stays neutral tasting even after a day or two. I can always tell my home tapwater vs filtered water from work. The lid is neat. The seal isn't perfect when pouring, depending on the position, but good enough.

Still not immune to dirty mouths and bacteria, does need the occasional wash of the mouthpiece, though I find the ceramic is yet to retain any funky smells.

Haven't tested out the unbreakable claim.
