Still my favorite grinder

Had a 1st gen, decided to upgrade to 2nd gen and I am not disappointed. Still great consistency, taste and effectiveness. The only downside is somewhat difficult to repair compared to other brands. Crossing my fingers to have no issue in the long term.

Easy

Everything about using the machine is really easy and enjoyable. Main thing I dislike are the fins on the inside of the cup (just unnecessary).

The coffee I’ve had from this (Fellow Aiden, V60, Switch) has all been very nice (Gen 2 burrs). My main point of comparison is from the Niche Zero and since the burrs are different types it’s not really easy to compare flavor wise. Consistency of the grinds seems really good.

No complaints!

I’m only a month or so in but so far I’ve had nothing but good experiences with this grinder. Has enough flexibility with the grind size to dial in a pour over, it’s well built, not too loud, automatically shuts off and the magnetised catch is a feature I never knew I wanted but love that it’s there.
