Stains on white exterior

The exterior has a soft finish which is nice but also stains the moment it comes into contact with coffee.

lid doesn't completely click on - coffee leaks

This is a great looking cup! I was looking for a cup that worked for a cortado, and the size is perfect. Unfortunately, unlike my larger KEEPCUP, the lid doesn't fully click on. So when you are drinking with this cup, a small amount of coffee will come out and drip on your fresh t-shirt or maybe your laptop. It's a drag. I don't recommend it.

Nice aesthetic but a bit finicky

I love the size, and the lid is a press-on design, just like a disposable lid. I wasn't as keen on the closure for the mouth opening. It's a slide-sideways cover that isn't leakproof at all. Even a slight angle change as I walk my dog can sometimes result in my coffee dripping everywhere. I was really hoping for a leakproof design that I could throw in a bag. Also, it loses heat quickly. For the price, I hoped for something a bit more versatile.

Perfect for those who can't enjoy their coffee in one sitting

It's the perfect size for cappuccinos or baby drips, and it keeps coffee warm for a few hours, should you be distracted by work. Other baristas will know exactly what I mean. :P
