  The Bellman Tamper has been specifically designed for the Bellman Stovetop Espresso and Cappuccino Makers to allow you to perfectly compress and level the coffee in the portafilter to produce delicious, professional-quality espresso.

  This tamper is designed and manufactured by Bellman for use with the CX25 and the CX25-P. The 70mm diameter tamper fits perfectly in the Bellman coffee basket and has a centre cut out to slide over the main centre brew shaft, this tamper also fits over the 3/6/9 D120 Basket adapter.

  Do not underestimate the importance of owning a tamper for your Bellman. Tamping ensures a better extraction of your espresso by ensuring a consistent thickness of your coffee puck to ensure an even flow of water through your coffee across the whole basket.

• Lightly tamp the coffee in the Bellman portafilter to evenly level the coffee grinds. Excessive pressure is not required.
