Discounts
Discount codes are only valid on orders under the same account and are non-transferrable. Individual items of $500 or more, coffee and tea products, and pre-order items are excluded from any and all discounts, except where specifically listed as a one-time offer. Discount codes are not valid on sale items and do not stack with additional discount codes.

All promotions and discount codes are only applicable to in-stock items. We do not offer rain-checks.

Price Matching
We work hard to maintain competitive prices on everything we carry in line with MAP pricing determined by our distributor agreements. For this reason we do not offer price matching. If you see an advertised price lower than our listed pricing, let us know and we can look into it further.

Should our own standard pricing be reduced within 30 days of purchase, send us an email at team@goingsomeware.com along with a copy of your receipt, and we will match the price and refund you the difference. This excludes any special sale prices or promotions such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day, or any other special sales promotions we have throughout the year.
