Purchasing a Pre-Order
We don't want you to have to wait for all the beautiful wares that you've ordered just because one of the items is a pre-order. Please purchase pre-orders separately or your entire order will be held until the pre-order product arrives at our warehouse.

Pre-Order Arrival
All pre-order arrival dates, sometimes called "ETA," are only an estimate. We strive to keep the ETA updated with the latest available information but we cannot guarantee that the arrival information is 100% correct as production and shipping delays occur regularly.

Pre-Order Shipping
As soon as a pre-order product arrives, your order will be put into our shipping queue to be sent out within our standard shipping timeframe, which is typically within 24 hours.
