Returns, Warranties, Exchanges & Shipping Discrepancies


Any purchase can be returned unopened and unused within 12 months of the original order date. 

Any item you're not completely satisfied with can be returned open and used up to 30 days after you receive it, and may have a restock fee applied if returned after after the 30 day period.

The cost of the item, minus initial shipping costs will be refunded (if you did not qualify for free shipping). We'd like to say "no questions asked," but we'll probably ask out of curiosity so we can continually improve our product lines! If you would like to return something that doesn't meet the 30-day requirement, send us an email and we'll do our best to help you out. There may be a restocking fee applied for items returned beyond 30 days. Please note that all face masks, gift cards, and food items (such as coffee, tea, and oat milk) are FINAL SALE.

For any returns, please contact us first at prior to shipping anything back to us. We can't guarantee you'll be eligible for a refund if you ship something back to us without reaching out to us first.

We appreciate you sending back as much of the original packaging as possible. We also ask that you package your return items well so that they are not damaged during the journey. We cannot refund items which were not packaged well enough to survive the trip. We also reserve the right to assess and charge a restocking fee if the product is dirty, wet, missing any parts, or if the return is past the 30-day return window.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to verify any damage and will refund the amount via your original method of payment.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Return shipping labels can be provided upon request, with the cost deducted from your final refund total. If your order is being returned for a defect that affects usability, return shipping will be covered.

Any order marked as "refused" or "return to sender" will have any return shipping costs deducted from the eligible refund.

Gift Returns & Exchanges
So you received a gift purchased from us and it isn't exactly what you wanted or maybe you have friends and family who know you super well and you received duplicates! Regardless of the reason, we are happy to give you a hand.

To process a return or exchange, we'll need the order number or the name of the person who purchased the gift, so we can find the order number within their purchase history. Refunds can only be issued to the person who made the purchase. As the recipient, you can either exchange the item in person at our showroom, or you can reach out to us at to receive an RMA number and ship the item back to us to receive the purchase value on a gift card. Gift cards can be used in person or online. Please note that gift returns and exchanges are subject to our standard Returns Policy above.

All of our products are covered under individual manufacturer warranties, along with our Someware 1-year limited warranty effective from the consumer date of purchase.

If a product you’ve purchased from us or one of our authorized resellers stops working due to a manufacturer defect, please let us know as soon as possible by sending an email to, and we will work with you to determine your warranty coverage. Please include a copy of your original sales receipt/proof of purchase as it will be required to make a warranty claim.

Warranty claims do not include:

  • Any defect arising from the misuse of the product. This includes but is not limited to negligence, lack of descaling, or failure to follow product instructions
  • Normal wear and tear (i.e. scratches, dents, and wearing out of replaceable parts)
  • Natural variations in the colour of wooden items (e.g. handles, lids, collars, or bases)
  • Any glass or ceramic items or parts–outside of damage during transit or manufacturer error
  • Any items purchased from Amazon, eBay, or other third party e-commerce websites

If you change your mind or realize that you've ordered the wrong product after it's shipped, we'll happily accept a return (see first section, above). From this point, you're free to place a new order for the desired product either immediately, or once you receive your refund, it's up to you!

Shipping Discrepancies
We have a three-step process to ensure the accuracy of all orders that ship from our warehouse, and use recycled packing paper and compostable packing peanuts so that your order arrives safely. If you discover a mistake or damaged item in your order, please inform us within 7 days of receiving your order by sending an email to, so we can rectify this for you asap.
